Brief Description
Chrome corundum is a high-performance refractory material with chromium oxide added to corundum. Its main components are α-alumina and chromium oxide (such as chromium trioxide).
It has good grinding performance, high hardness, high toughness, high purity, excellent self-sharpening, strong grinding force, low heat generation, high efficiency, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and good thermal stability.

Application
Chrome corundum is widely used in many fields such as metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, grinding and polishing.
1. In the metallurgical industry, chrome corundum can be used for high-temperature equipment such as furnaces and smelting furnaces in the steel, non-ferrous metals and other industries, such as lining materials for key equipment such as blast furnaces, converters, and electric furnaces.
2. In the chemical industry, chrome corundum is mainly used for linings of various reactors, distillation towers, heat exchangers and other equipment, as well as wear-resistant and fire-resistant protection of petroleum and chemical equipment such as reactors, cracking furnaces and hydrogenation units.
3. In the building materials industry, chrome corundum is used for linings of high-temperature equipment such as glass kilns and ceramic kilns, as well as key equipment such as rotary kilns, preheaters and coolers in the cement industry.
