Brief Introduction
Ladle castable is a refractory castable designed for ladles, mainly used for the lining of ladles, including the bottom, sidewalls and slag line. It is made of micro-powder combination technology and additives, and the main raw materials include corundum, aluminum magnesium spinel and fused magnesia.
It has good slag resistance, spalling resistance, thermal shock resistance, strength and volume stability, and also has high refractoriness, strong corrosion resistance, high adhesion rate, low resilience, easy spraying, etc.

Application
Steel ladle castable is not only used for ordinary ladles, refined ladles, electric furnace ladles, etc., to prevent the erosion of the ladles by high-temperature molten steel and slag, and to prevent the occurrence of puncture. It is also widely used in furnaces and thermal equipment in the petroleum, chemical, building materials, electric power, machinery and other industries as a refractory lining to provide protection.
