Brief Description
Calcined a-Alumina refers to the product obtained by calcining aluminum hydroxide or industrial alumina at a certain temperature to convert it partially or almost completely into alpha-Al2O3. This process is usually carried out in a high-temperature furnace, and the temperature and atmosphere are controlled to ensure that the reaction achieves the desired physical and chemical properties. Calcined alpha alumina has high purity and stability, as well as extremely high hardness, good chemical stability and high thermal stability.

Application
Calcined α-alumina is mainly used as a high-quality raw material to improve the high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of refractory materials. In addition, calcined α-alumina is also widely used in high-temperature industrial equipment such as glass melting furnaces and ceramic kilns.
