Brief Introduction
Self-flowing castable is a kind of castable refractory material that can flow and degas without vibration. It is developed on the basis of low-cement and ultra-low-cement castables, and is composed of refractory aggregates, powders and high-efficiency dispersants with a certain particle size distribution. The key is the reasonable use of ultra-fine powder particle size, quantity and high-efficiency dispersants, so that the castable can achieve self-flow and automatic spreading.
Performance characteristics
Self-flowability: It can spread automatically and reach places that vibrating castables cannot reach.
Easy to construct: No vibration or compaction is required during construction, and it can automatically form a uniform and dense structure.
High strength and wear resistance: It has high strength and hardness, and the surface is hard and smooth, not easily affected by wear and scratches.
Corrosion resistance: has good resistance to chemical corrosion and fire resistance.
Reduces Noise Pollution: It significantly reduces noise pollution compared to vibrating castables.

Application
