Brief Introduction
Wear-resistant castable is a special refractory material with excellent wear resistance. Specifically, it is composed of refractory aggregate, refractory powder (or wear-resistant powder), binder, admixture and water or other liquid materials. This material can maintain stable performance in high temperature environment and is not easy to deform, melt or soften. Therefore, it is suitable for various high-temperature and severe wear industrial occasions, such as high-temperature cyclone separators, circulating fluidized bed linings and heating furnace steel trough linings.
There are many types of wear-resistant castables, including siliceous, aluminosilicate, high alumina, corundum and clay, each type has its own unique performance and applicable scenarios.

Application
The application of wear-resistant castables includes but is not limited to the following aspects:
1. Metallurgical industry: used for lining, furnace mouth, furnace hearth and other parts of metallurgical furnaces such as blast furnaces, converters, electric furnaces, etc.
2. Energy industry: gasification furnaces, circulating fluidized bed boilers, waste incinerators. Power generation equipment such as thermal power plant boilers, thermal power plants, etc.
3. Petrochemical industry: petrochemical reactors, cracking furnaces, hydrogenation units, etc.
4. Building materials industry: glass furnaces, ceramic kilns, etc.
Wear-resistant castables are also widely used in other industrial fields that require fire-resistant and wear-resistant protection, such as crushing and grinding equipment in mining, cement and other industries.
