Brief Introduction
LCC&ULCC have the characteristics of small porosity, high density, good volume stability, high strength and small water addition. At the same time, LCC&ULCC overcomes the characteristics of the common castable that the strength of the castable decreases significantly at 800~1200℃, strength of LCC&ULCC increases with the increase of temperature. What is more, it has excellent thermal shock resistance, slag resistance and corrosion resistance.
The cement content is relatively low, generally about 5%, and some are even reduced to 1% to 2%. Compared with refractory cement castables (cement content is generally 15% to 20%), it has a lower thermal expansion coefficient and higher Wear resistance.

Application

Can be cast, smeared, and beaten on site.
