Product Introduction

Acid-resistant castables are made of high-purity refractory materials as the main raw materials, through strict process proportions, and usually use water glass as a binder, acidic or semi-acidic refractory materials as aggregates and powders, and add a small amount of accelerators. This material not only has high fluidity and is suitable for molding by casting, but also has high mechanical strength and excellent bonding properties.

Acid-resistant castables have good resistance to corrosion by all inorganic and organic acids except hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid. The production process and construction are simple, the material utilization rate is high, and the strength at room temperature is high. They can also be made into prefabricated parts and installed on the kiln turning site, such as chimney lining casting, etc.

Application

Acid Resistant Castable is widely used in acid petrochemical plant and sulphuric acid plant. It also can be cast in lining of the body and also can be made into pre-cast products.It is widely used for linings of various furnaces and kilns.
